Upload documents from wherever you're working — the Documents page, inside a matter, or from a client profile. Each file gets metadata: name, matter, date, category, and author. Select a matter and the file goes to the right folder automatically.
Multi-file upload, folder upload (preserves structure), and drag-and-drop are all supported.
Version History
Upload new versions of any document — previous versions are preserved in the history. View all versions with uploader name and date. Restore any previous version with one click.
Access & Permissions
Partners, Associates, and Support Staff have full document access. Admin HR, IT Admin, and Secretary roles cannot see documents — by design. Restricted matters hide their files from non-authorized users everywhere in the system.
