Persistent Timer
Click play in the action bar and the timer starts counting — visible on every page. It persists across navigation and browser refreshes (stored in localStorage). When you stop, fill in the matter, description, and rate, then save.
Manual Entry & Timekeeper
Log time after the fact with manual entry: matter (required), date, duration in minutes, description, hourly rate, and billable toggle. The Timekeeper panel (clock icon in action bar) shows all entries for the current day with quick edit/delete.
Entries linked to an invoice are locked — they cannot be edited or deleted. This ensures billing integrity.
Weekly & Monthly Views
Switch between List, Week, and Month tabs on the Time Entries page.
Batch Actions & Export
Select multiple entries via checkboxes. Mark as billable, non-billable, or delete in one action. Export all filtered entries to CSV for external reporting. Filter by employee, matter, office, billable status, and date range.
