Appointment Requests

Manage incoming appointment requests from your firm's website contact form.

Accessing requests

Click the Rendez-vous tab next to the Calendar tab. You see all incoming requests from potential clients who submitted the website contact form.

Filtering

Filter requests by status: All, Pending, Approved, or Rejected.

Processing requests

  • Approve — Automatically creates a calendar event with the requested date and client details
  • Reject — Marks the request as rejected
  • Add Notes — Click the 3-dot menu to add internal notes
  • Archive — Moves to the Recovery Bin

How requests arrive

When a visitor fills out the contact form on your firm's website, the submission is sent to Barristr's API and appears as a pending appointment request with: name, email, phone, organization, subject, and preferred date.
