Time Tracking
Manual Time Entry
Log time after the fact for work done without the timer.
Creating an entry
Go to Time Entries in the sidebar and click + Log Time. Fill in:
- Matter (required) — select the relevant case
- Employee — auto-selected as you (current user)
- Date — defaults to today
- Duration (minutes) — enter time in minutes
- Description (required) — what work was performed
- Hourly rate ($) — billing rate for this entry
- Billable — check if this is client-billable work
Editing entries
Click Edit on any entry in the table. Entries linked to an invoice cannot be edited (the button is grayed out).
Batch actions
Select multiple entries via checkboxes. Available actions: Mark Billable, Mark Non-billable, Delete. Use Export CSV to download all filtered entries.
Filters
Open the filter panel to filter by: Employee, Matter, Office, Billable/Non-billable, and Date range.
