Timekeeper & Weekly/Monthly Views

Multiple views to track your time from different angles.

Timekeeper (daily panel)

Click the clock icon (⏱) in the action bar. The Timekeeper panel shows all time entries for the selected day. Navigate between days with the arrow buttons. You can edit, delete, or add entries directly from this panel.

Weekly view

On the Time Entries page, switch to the Week tab. You see a 7-day grid (Mon–Sun) with entries colour-coded: green = billable, yellow = non-billable. The current day is highlighted. Totals show: total hours, billable, non-billable, and amount. A progress bar appears if a billable hours target is configured.

Monthly view

Switch to the Month tab to see a table of weekly subtotals with columns: billable hours, non-billable hours, total hours, and billable amount. A monthly total row appears at the bottom.

Summary bar

At the top of the Time Entries page, a summary bar always shows: number of entries, total hours, billable entries, non-billable entries, and total billable amount for the current filter selection.
